You've done the research. Let's talk specifics.

A lot depends on who you have your first high-altitude experience with. Whether you have a specific expedition in mind or you're still narrowing your options, a short conversation with someone who has actually been there can save months of guesswork.

What happens when you reach out

No sales funnel. No "discovery call" script. Here's what actually happens.

You'll hear back within 48 hours.

Off-season, usually faster. During expedition season (March–May and September–November), our team is on the mountain and sometimes out of communication range for days. You'll always get a confirmation that your message was received.

Your questions go to someone who has climbed what you're asking about.

Not a call center and not a sales rep. Our guide team answers technical and expedition questions directly, and they answer thoroughly - every question addressed, every decision explained. Clients tell us that level of responsiveness is what made them confident before they ever set foot on a mountain.

We'll tell you what we actually think - not what closes a sale.

If you're not ready, we'll say so. If a different expedition fits better, we'll tell you. If we think you need more preparation time, you'll hear that too. The goal is making sure the plan matches you, not adding another name to a roster.

Start a conversation

Every message is read personally by our team. No autoresponders, no ticket numbers - just a real reply from someone who can help.

What helps us give you a useful answer

Include whatever you can. Even a few details make the conversation more specific from the start.

Which mountain or trek you're interested in - or your general goal if you're still narrowing options.

Your altitude experience so far: peaks climbed, highest elevation reached, or if this would be your first time above a certain altitude.

When you're hoping to go - a specific season, a target year, or just "sometime in the next 12 months."

Any specific questions or concerns. The ones that feel too detailed to ask are usually the most useful ones for us to hear.

A few sentences is plenty. We'll follow up with anything else we need.
