These treks are ideal for building altitude awareness before committing to a summit objective. You'll test your pacing, sleep quality, and recovery - data that matters for everything that comes next.

The complete Khumbu circuit — three high passes, Gokyo Lakes, Kala Patthar, and Everest Base Camp. 19 days through Sherpa country.

Mera Peak

Nepal's highest trekking peak. Non-technical but demanding — an excellent first Himalayan summit before bigger objectives.

Step Up

Technical & 7,000m Peaks

6,800–7,200m · Build systems before 8,000m

These expeditions require proven altitude tolerance, technical climbing skills, and the discipline to operate in longer, more committing environments. The final step before 8,000m objectives.

Baruntse

7,129 m

A remote 7,000m peak with Mera Peak (6,476m) included as the structured acclimatization phase. The most logical bridge between technical 6,000m peaks and a first 8,000m objective.

Himlung Himal

7,126 m

A less technical 7,000m peak in the remote Manaslu region. Good 8,000m preparation without extreme technical demands.

Lhotse

The world’s fourth highest peak. Same approach as Everest, different summit — steeper, quieter, technically demanding.

  • Prerequisites: Prior 7,000m+ experience required

Makalu

8,485 m

The world’s fifth highest peak. Remote, technically demanding, and one of the least crowded 8,000m objectives. Helicopter approach.

  • Prerequisites: Prior 8,000m experience strongly preferred
